We visit the Roman Theater dating back to the 2nd Century AD. Amman, JordanAfter breakfast we will drive south and proceed to visit Jerash, "the Cross Roads of Civilization, known also as the "Pompeii of the East" and is now the most beautifully preserved Greek-Roman city. We see also the Grand ruins, Temples of Artemis and Zeus, a vast Roman forum, Hadrian's Triumphal Arch and a mile long street of columns. Then we proceed to the Castle of Ajloun, built in 1184 by Saladins nephew, who defeated the Crusaders in 1189. Back to Amman Hotel for overnight - B

This is a time to explore fascinating ruins, a stunning black basalt theatre and enjoy spectacular views of the Jordan Valley, the sea of Galilee, and the Golan Heights. proceed to visit Pella, another city of the Decapolis in the Jordan Valley. Our day will end by visiting The Baptism site (Bethany) located just east of the Jordan River where John baptized Jesus Christ.
