Cairo This morning we visit the Egyptian Museum which houses the treasures of King Tut then to the Citadel of Salah Eldien and Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Overnight at our Cairo hotel.
Luxor (Cruise):This morning we are transferred to Cairo Airport for our flight to Luxor. Then we will be escorted to embark on the Nile cruise ship - our floating hotel - for the next five days. This afternoon we visit the Temple of Luxor and the Temple of Karnak, which has no equal among the a national shrines of Egypt. Overnight in Luxor, Egypt
Today we explore the wondrous Valleys of the Kings & Queens, the Necropolis of Thebes, Queen Hatshepsut's Temple at Deir El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon facing the Nile. This afternoon we sail down the Nile to Edfo where we spend the night In Edfu, Egypt
This morning we explore the Temple of Horus, the Falcon God, then
continue sailing to Kom Ombo to visit the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek & Haroeris. Kom Ombo's Ptolemaic Temple offers beautiful murals and an unforgettable view of the river Nile.Tonight we enjoy a special costume party featuring the Native Egyptian and the Pharaonic styles. Overnight in KomOmbo.
Today we will cruise to Aswan to visit the impressive Aswan High Dam with its huge lake and the magnificent Temple of Philae. In the afternoon we view the Agha Khan Mausoleum and
Elephantine Islands by Felucca, a traditional Nile sailing boat. Overnight in Aswan, Egypt
Today we will be transferred to Aswan Airport for optional trip by air to Abu Simbel (optional tour not included in the cost) and/or our flight back to Cairo where we are transferred to our Cairo hotel.
